Site Engineer

Dongjin Battery is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer – Solar to join their team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role requires technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment to ensure the success of solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of the work, and troubleshoot any issues.

• Interpret and review technical drawings and ensure the correct electrical configurations.

• Manage a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and guidelines.

• Maintain daily progress reports and assist in the preparation of project completion documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.

• Experience: 1-2 years in solar PV systems, with experience in both on-grid and off-grid installations.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, AutoCAD, and PV system design. Strong problem-solving ability and experience in team management are crucial for success in this role.
