Pakistan Wire Industries is looking for a motivated and technically sound Shift In charge to join our Wire Rope Division. If you have experience in production shift management and a passion for operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily shift operations within the Wire Rope Division
Ensure smooth production flow while maintaining quality standards
Supervise and guide production teams to achieve daily targets
Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with maintenance teams
Enforce safety, compliance, and operational protocols
Optimize workflow efficiency and minimize downtime
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (preferably in wire or steel manufacturing). Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. People those hold the diploma of DAE and worked in production area will be given priority.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wire rope manufacturing processes will be an advantage
