We're Hiring - Shift Engineer / Trainee Engineer

We are looking for motivated and talented professionals to join our Filament Production Department as Shift Engineers or Trainee Engineers.

• Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day filament extrusion and production operations during the assigned shift
Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent filament quality and production output
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality checkpoints, and production targets
Lead, guide, and mentor production staff and machine operators
Troubleshoot process deviations and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution
Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline

Requirements:
B.E.in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering from an HEC recognized university
Up to 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply for Trainee Engineer positions
