🎓 Qualification: Graduation
🛠 Experience: 1–2 Years

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Engineer to oversee power house operations and ensure smooth utility management within the plant.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs for Gensets, LDS, RLNG Control System, and MV/LV systems in the Power House
✔ Lead plant restoration activities after blackout situations
✔ Oversee operation of power-generating equipment based on updated fuel prices & tariff priorities (as per management guidelines)
✔ Coordinate with end-users for utilities supply (power, gas, water)
✔ Monitor and follow up with the maintenance team for timely preventive maintenance
✔ Maintain accurate records of gensets’ lube oil (safety stock, replacements, used oil analysis & corrective actions)
✔ Manage utility water reservoir levels and maintain required water pressure
✔ Monitor benchmark reports, utility reports & solar efficiency reports
✔ Ensure compliance with Work Permit system, Safe Work Practices & Risk Assessments
✔ Ensure proper chemical dosing as per service provider recommendations for gensets’ water systems
✔ Perform any other tasks assigned by management
