Service Engineer

Description:

Office Automation Group (OAG), the official distributor for Konica Minolta Print Equipment in Pakistan, is seeking a full-time Service Engineer for its Karachi office. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and technical support of Konica Minolta Digital Printing Press equipment.

The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support. Candidates should possess in-depth technical knowledge of digital printers, including networking and configuration of devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of Konica Minolta digital print equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.

• Assist customers with setup, configuration, and usage of printing solutions.

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Requirements:

• Technical skills in printer repair and maintenance.

• Strong understanding of printer networking and configurations.

• Proven customer service and communication skills.

• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Must have own vehicle – the company will cover vehicle maintenance and fuel.
