Service Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience in equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients for smooth equipment operation.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams for client support and training.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Biomedical Engineering (or related field).
• 1–2 years of relevant service/maintenance experience (pharma, healthcare, or instrumentation background preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting, calibration, and technical support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
