Description:

We're looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist or Manager to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience within the ghostwriting and book publishing industry and a deep understanding of all facets of SEO, with a focus on creating and executing strategies that drive organic growth for authors and publishers. This role requires a proven ability to enhance the online presence of our clients, from book launches to author platforms, by leveraging expertise in keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO specific to the literary world.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage on-page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and site structure.
• Execute off-page SEO tactics, such as link building and outreach campaigns.
• Plan and manage content marketing initiatives to boost organic traffic.
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) for clients.
• Oversee and execute outreach and guest posting campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics to track performance.

What We Need:

• 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar SEO role.
• Expertise in Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO.
• Strong background in content marketing and strategy.
• Demonstrable skills in Online Reputation Management (ORM).
• Experience with outreach and guest posting.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and industries.
• Discretion and client confidentiality are a must.
