SEO Content Writer

Description:

The SEO/Content Writer is responsible for crafting and optimizing content across our website to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong command of the English language, a solid understanding of SEO principles, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning new marketing strategies and techniques to enhance on-page optimization, drive organic traffic, and increase click-through rates (CTR).

We are also looking for someone who is comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, improve content quality, and support SEO efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Optimization:

• Write, edit, and optimize content for web pages, ensuring it is clear, compelling, and grammatically correct.
• Create and refine meta titles and descriptions that are engaging and SEO-friendly.
• Implement SEO strategies such as keyword integration, internal linking, and content structure improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to assist with content ideation, optimization, and research

SEO & On-Page Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze website metrics to identify areas for optimization and report findings to the team

Content Management:

• Manage and update content within our content management system (CMS), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize tools like Google Sheets and ClickUp to track progress and collaborate with team members on content projects

Learning & Development:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in digital marketing, content creation, and on-page SEO techniques.
• Explore and adopt AI-driven content and SEO tools to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing, content marketing, or a similar role
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on grammar, clarity, and engagement
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, Clearscope, or similar) for content creation, research, and optimization
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools
• Experience working with Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar project management tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
