Senior Ui/ux & Graphic Designer

Description:

X Autonomous is hiring for a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design (Web & Mobile):

🔹Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.
🔹Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
🔹Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
🔹Ensure responsive, adaptive, and accessible design implementation (WCAG standards).
🔹Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with user needs and business goals.
🔹Provide detailed design specifications and handoffs to development teams.

Graphic & Visual Design:

🔹Design branding and marketing assets such as logos, social media creatives, banners, ads, brochures, and packaging.
🔹Develop and maintain consistent visual identity, including brand color schemes, typography, and iconography.
🔹Work closely with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets for campaigns.
🔹Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
🔹Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with a focus on quality and consistency.

Technical Skills:

🔹Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
🔹Familiarity with tools like InVision, Axure, or similar for prototyping and collaboration.
🔹Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end principles is a plus.
🔹Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices for user-centric design.
