Senior Ui/ux Designer

Description:

You will work directly with founders and engineers to design interfaces for technically complex products. This is not a support role. You will lead design decisions, build systems, and shape how our products feel from the ground up.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UI/UX across multiple live products and new builds
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain scalable design systems used across engineering teams
• Translate complex technical requirements into clean, intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with frontend engineers for pixel-accurate implementation

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of UI/UX experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• A strong portfolio of shipped products — dashboards, SaaS, and data-heavy interfaces preferred
• Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries and auto-layout
• Solid understanding of how designs actually get built in frontend code
• Experience in AI, blockchain, or fintech products is a strong plus
• Clear communicator who can defend design decisions to any audience
