Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Officer to join our Accounts & Finance Department at our Head Office in Karachi. The selected candidate will play a critical role in financial risk management, liquidity optimization, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity management.
• Monitor and analyze financial risks, including foreign exchange fluctuations and interest rate risks.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure efficient funding and cash management.
• Oversee the investment portfolio and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
• Handle debt financing and refinancing activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in the textile industry or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial risk management, and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and debt management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills for dealing with financial institutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
