Senior Surveyor/site Engineer

Icon Garden is a small scale housing society located at Japan road Islamabad. We are seeking an experienced Associate Engineer/Senior Surveyor to join our team for a housing society project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of construction works, supervising contractors, and conducting site surveys using advanced instruments like Total Station. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale construction project and potentially transition into a Building Inspector role within the operations team upon project completion.

Responsibilities

1. Site Quality Control: Conduct onsite inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards, specifications, and regulations.

2. Bill of Quantities: Process bills of quantities for contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors and civil works, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

4. Surveying: Conduct surveys using advanced instruments like Total Station, ensuring accurate measurements and layout.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities & progress.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.

Qualifications

1. Education: Diploma in Associate Engineer DAE (Civil) or Surveying Certificate (one Year) from a reputable recongnised institute.

2. Experience: Proven experience of minimum 03 years in construction projects, preferably in a similar role.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using surveying instruments, including Total Station.

4. Bill of Quantities: Experience in processing bills of quantities.

5. Quality Control: Strong understanding of construction standards, specifications, and regulations.
