One of Karachi's leading textile industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer – IT to join their team. The role is designed for an individual with a strong IT background and a passion for solving technical challenges.

As a Senior Support Engineer – IT, you will be responsible for:

• Providing advanced technical support to end-users, promptly resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Monitoring and administering network systems to ensure their availability and optimal performance.
• Configuring, installing, and upgrading IT systems and applications to meet organizational needs.
• Performing regular system updates, patches, and backups to secure company data and maintain system integrity.
• Documenting and maintaining detailed IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges effectively.
• Assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to boost operational efficiency.
• Enforcing IT security policies and ensuring compliance with best practices across all systems and operations.

Ideal Candidate:
The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science (BSCS), and possess 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. A strong technical aptitude, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, is essential for success in this position.
