Description:
At PCP, we’re building next-generation credit infrastructure for modern financial systems. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You will play a key role in building testing strategies, improving automation, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality software.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and API-based systems.
- Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) workflows.
- Lead API testing (REST) including validation of requests, responses, data integrity, and error handling.
- Create and maintain E2E test cases, including API-based E2E flows.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support stakeholders during release cycles.
- Design and execute performance testing to ensure system scalability
- Perform security-focused testing in collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
- Review test coverage and automation gaps, and continuously improve QA processes
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to improve quality at every stage of the SDLC.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Strong experience with API testing (RESTful services).
- Hands-on experience with E2E testing, including API-driven workflows.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
