We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior SQA Engineer with expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to join our client team. If you can spot bugs instantly, ensure flawless design QA, and suggest UI/UX improvements that boost conversions — this role is for you!
🔎 What You’ll Do
✔ QA testing for websites (bugs, errors, imperfections)
✔ Design QA for visuals, layouts & components
✔ Create detailed test cases & bug reports
✔ Collaborate with design & dev teams to enhance usability
✔ Suggest UI/UX improvements for better CRO
✔ Ensure responsiveness & cross-browser compatibility
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) for web apps
• Knowledge of CRO principles
• Strong eye for UI/UX improvements
• Familiarity with QA tools & bug tracking systems
• Excellent communication & problem-solving

• Experience with A/B testing, heatmaps & CRO tools
• Worked with cross-functional teams (design/dev/product)
