Senior Sqa Engineer

Description:

NESL IT is hiring a detail-oriented and methodical Senior SQA Engineer responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software. You will design and implement test plans, execute manual and automated tests, identify and document bugs, and work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), familiarity with QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and expertise in writing complex test scenarios and scripts.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing detailed test strategies

• Performing functional, regression, integration, and load testing

• Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects

• Collaborating with developers for root cause analysis

• Ensuring compliance with product requirements and quality standards
