Senior Social Media Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Social Media Performance Marketing Specialist to join us onsite and take charge of our paid social campaigns. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales for both our agency and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize campaigns for performance — CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audiences.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams on ad content and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Keep up with trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and data interpretation.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Must be available to work onsite at our Karachi office.
