Senior Servicenow Developer

Technologicals is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity to work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, customizations, and integrations.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Design, develop, and configure solutions across ServiceNow modules.

Work on end-to-end implementations of 𝐈𝐓𝐒𝐌, 𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐌, 𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐌, 𝐂𝐒𝐌, 𝐅𝐒𝐌, 𝐒𝐏𝐌, 𝐆𝐑𝐂, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐎𝐩𝐬, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬.

Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing user experience.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

✅ 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

✅ Strong expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, Portals, and Workspaces.

✅ Hands-on experience with Integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, etc.).

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

✅ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration management and best practices.

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
