Confiance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and expertise in B2B and B2C sales.
✅ Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
✅ Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
✅ Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
✅ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
📈 Experience: 4+ years in sales management, business development, or key account management, preferably in pet care, FMCG, or retail.
👥 Strong leadership and team management skills.
💬 Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
🖥️ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
