KUZ TECH (SMC) PVT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Senior Sales Executive – Australia to lead its B2B sales initiatives for Australian clients under its sister company Phonebot. Phonebot is a well-established refurbished tech company headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with a growing presence in Dubai and a strong international customer base. The company specializes in refurbished mobile phones, laptops, gadgets, and accessories, offering sustainable and cost-effective solutions to businesses and individual customers worldwide.

This role focuses on building and expanding corporate relationships in the Australian market, developing customized tech solutions for clients, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business leads and onboard corporate clients across Australia.

  • Develop, manage, and retain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.

  • Understand and analyze client requirements to offer tailored solutions, including mobile devices, laptops, and accessories.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless deal closures and post-sales support.

  • Stay informed about emerging market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.

  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts on sales performance, pipeline status, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or electronics sector.

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage Australian clients effectively.

  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and corporate sales negotiations.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under challenging timelines.

  • Familiarity with Australian market dynamics will be considered an added advantage.
