Senior Sales Executive

Experts Communication is actively seeking a Senior Sales Executive – Front/Upsell (Design) to join their dynamic sales team in Karachi. This key position involves selling digital design and development services, managing client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in front-end sales, particularly in the design and software industry. A solid background in handling direct sales and upselling strategies, especially via platforms like Bark.com and Discord, is essential. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, reaching out to potential clients, converting leads into sales, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met.

This night-shift role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, time management, and a self-driven personality. The ability to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions is key. Experience in project management, handling design specifications, and leading a sales team will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals

• Make calls and promote company services to prospective clients

• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and attentiveness

• Ensure monthly targets are achieved and exceeded

• Follow up with potential clients promptly and maintain a sales pipeline

• Convert Bark-generated and other leads into sales

• Identify and act on upsell opportunities

• Deliver customized solutions based on client needs

• Report sales performance and analysis to management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in web, design, and development

• Strong background in front sales and upsell techniques

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in negotiation, consultative selling, and closing deals

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and lead a team

• Willingness to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

• Familiarity with Bark.com, Discord, or similar sales platforms

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly salary between PKR 100000 to 200000 (based on skills & experience)

• Attendance allowance and uncapped commission structure

• Target-based earnings from USD 5000 to 10000

• 5 working days per week (Saturday and Sunday off)
