🚀 We're Hiring! Senior Sales & Accounts Manager — Digital Services, Lime Software Logics | Karachi (Onsite) | Night Shift

We're looking for a sales professional who closes deals, builds lasting client relationships, and grows accounts through smart upselling and cross-selling. If you have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital agency and know your way around SEO, Paid Ads, Web, AI & Automation, this role was made for you.

📍 PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (Onsite)
🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Hours)
💼 Full-Time | Monday – Friday
💰 PKR 175,000 – 200,000 + Performance Incentives

🔍 What You'll Do:
→ Convert new opportunities into clients and grow them through upselling and cross-selling
→ Generate and close opportunities from both new and existing clients
→ Prepare and present clear, compelling proposals and quotes
→ Own your pipeline end-to-end and consistently hit monthly revenue targets
→ Build long-term, trust-based relationships with international clients

✅ Required Digital Services Knowledge:
→ SEO: Technical, On-Page, Local, Content SEO, AEO amp; AIO
→ Paid Ads: Google Ads & Meta Ads, campaign structure, budgets and reporting
→ Web: WordPress, Shopify, Custom Development, and other CMS platforms
→ AI and Automation: AI chatbots, workflow automation, AI-driven marketing amp; GoHighLevel
→ Apps: Basic understanding of mobile and web app scoping

✅ Required Experience and Skills:
→ 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency
→ Bachelor's or Master's degree
→ Proven track record of closing deals with numbers to back it up
→ Consultative selling: diagnose client needs, recommend the right service mix
→ Strong objection handling and negotiation on price and scope
→ Disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
→ Hands-on experience with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot or GoHighLevel
→ Familiarity with PM tools like ClickUp, Asana or similar
→ Excellent spoken & written English; confident in client presentations
