We’re Hiring a Senior QA Manager!

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented QA professional who can lead and strengthen manual testing processes, with the opportunity to help drive the transition toward automation as the QA function evolves.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
✅ Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing
✅ Test web applications, APIs, and backend systems
✅ Identify, document & track defects using tools like Clickup, JIRA or other
✅ Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
✅ Conduct database validation using SQL queries
✅ Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
✅ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
✅ Contribute to building future automation frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
✅ 5+ years of experience in software testing (Fintech/SaaS preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
✅ Experience with bug tracking tools (Clickup, JIRA or similar)
✅ Hands-on experience in API testing
✅ Basic SQL knowledge
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have
✅ Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
✅ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
✅ Understanding of security and compliance testing (important in Fintech)
