*Job Description:*
We are looking for a *Senior Executive – Purchase* to join our Purchase team. This role is critical for vendor management, timely follow-ups, and ensuring smooth procurement for production.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Prepare *Purchase Orders* and follow up with vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of *Raw Materials & Accessories*
- Negotiate rates, lead times, and quality with vendors
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve bottlenecks
- Maintain and update the *Vendor Database* + develop new vendors
- Prepare reports and maintain procurement data

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree - BBA / Supply Chain preferred
- *4-6 years of experience* in Purchase. Textile/Garments experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
