Senior Product Designer

Description:

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead the design of an enterprise-grade digital product.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad, aligned with a high compensation benchmark for top-tier talent.

We are looking for a designer who operates at a strategic level, not just at the visual layer. Someone who understands product thinking, systems design, scalability, and business impact. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning the complete design lifecycle including discovery workshops, stakeholder alignment, user research, persona development, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity design systems.

You should be confident conducting structured user interviews, translating research into actionable insights, defining product flows, and making informed design decisions that align with enterprise standards. We value professionals who can independently evaluate tradeoffs, challenge assumptions, and recommend the most effective solution to complex design problems.

Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design

* Proven track record of shipping real-world digital products

* Strong portfolio demonstrating research depth, design systems, and scalable solutions

* Experience designing complex dashboards, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications

* Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design patterns
