Senior Marketing Merchandiser

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile, Business, or Marketing.

· 5-7 years’ proven experience in terry towel merchandising, preferably with European clients.

· Strong knowledge of exports, Incoterms, sustainability standards (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BCI, REACH).

· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· EU market exposure; proven skills in handling buyers.

· Ability to oversee full cycle: from sampling to shipment, ensuring both quality and timelines.

· Good coordination with Production, Quality Assurance & Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage & grow European client accounts.

· Handle costings, pricing negotiations, order execution.

· Monitor T&A calendars, follow-ups, approvals.

· Provide market intelligence & competitor insights.

· Mentor Assistant Merchandisers & support the team’s professional development.
