Senior Human Resources Officer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to manage and enhance our human resources operations. Candidates with prior experience in the gaming industry will be preferred. The ideal candidate will support talent growth, foster positive work culture, and ensure HR practices align with business goals.

2. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle hiring needs for creative, technical, and production roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and talent development.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and creative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

3. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
- Experience hiring for creative or technical roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
