Senior Human Resources Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee our HR operations during night shift hours. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR processes and the ability to manage employee relations, compliance, and administrative functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
• ✅ Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
• ✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• ✅ Maintain HR records, databases, and attendance systems
• ✅ Process payroll inputs and manage leave records
• ✅ Coordinate training and development initiatives
• ✅ Prepare HR reports and support management with data insights
• ✅ Drive employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (Generalist/Operations role)
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Pakistani labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently during night shift (7 PM – 2 AM)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
