Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is hiring a Senior HSE Officer to lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and ensure compliance, workplace safety, and continuous improvement across the resort.

Job Type:
• Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, audits, and risk assessments
• Conduct safety training, incident investigations, and emergency drills
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws and maintain records and reports
• Mentor the HSE team and coordinate safety initiatives across departments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent certification (mandatory)
• 6–8 years of HSE experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large facilities
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and leadership
