📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: Evening/Night

MediBill MD is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Generalist to lead HR functions at our Lahore office. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR operations, preferably within the Medical Billing or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Build strong talent pipelines and referral programs
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs)
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Mentor and guide the HR/recruitment team

🔹 Organizational Development
- Design and implement training and professional development programs
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
- Support change management and process improvements
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment

🔹 HR Strategy & Operations
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise management on engagement, retention, and disciplinary matters
- Implement HR policies and maintain HR metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

🔹 Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct workshops, feedback sessions, and surveys
- Implement strategies to enhance retention and workplace culture

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or relevant certifications in Talent
Management / Organizational Development
- Ability to work evening/night shifts (Onsite – Lahore)
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (Medical Billing or service industry preferred)
- Strong expertise in Talent Management, OD, HR operations, and employee engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
