Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Are you a visionary creative who can transform brand strategy and consumer insights into powerful visual experiences?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative innovation across our diverse brand portfolio and deliver impactful work across traditional, digital, retail, and emerging platforms.

🎨 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead visual campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, Trade & E-Commerce.
• Develop packaging, labels, POSM, merchandising and retail communications.
• Build and maintain consistent yet distinctive brand identities across portfolios.
• Translate consumer insights and brand strategies into compelling visual concepts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, marketing stakeholders and creative agencies.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance innovation, efficiency and creative excellence.
• Create motion graphics and animated content where required.

🔍 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG/MCG or advertising.
• Experience with CSD, Energy Drinks, Juices, Dairy, Foods & Snacks is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Premiere Pro and Figma preferred.
• Strong command of AI creative tools, including ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway and Canva AI.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, branding, typography and visual communication.
• Strong project management, commercial thinking and consumer-centric creative approach.
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative excellence and executional versatility.
