Key Responsibilities
*Lead the design process for brand identity, campaigns, packaging, and digital assets.
*Create engaging graphics across multiple platforms (social media, website, ads, print, motion, etc.).
*Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative that aligns with brand guidelines.
*Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining design quality.
*Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
*Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
*Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and clients.
