Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead and manage the technical arm of a factory-based organization. This is a full-time on-site role that demands expertise, leadership, and hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of digital solution implementation within a manufacturing environment, oversee the internal development team, and serve as the primary point of contact for all software-related initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior developer who enjoys being hands-on while also taking charge of architectural decisions and team mentoring in a dynamic, industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the internal development team to deliver robust software solutions

• Analyze business and operational needs to design and implement customized full-stack systems

• Plan and manage project timelines, assign development tasks, and track progress

• Conduct code reviews and uphold high-quality development standards

• Develop, maintain, and upgrade both existing and new applications with scalable architectures

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Optimize performance, reliability, and security of digital systems

• Prepare clear technical documentation and contribute to system architecture planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in full-stack development

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Strong back-end expertise with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies

• Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and deployment workflows

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure environments

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
