Position: Senior Fashion Designer – Fashion E-commerce (UY Collection)

Location: Lahore – On-site

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design and creative direction for UY Collection’s bridal, formal, and luxury collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, and e-commerce fashion standards, with the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of seasonal collections, including sketches, fabrics, and final samples.
• Collaborate with textile designers, production, and marketing teams to ensure design execution aligns with brand aesthetics.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inspire innovative and competitive designs.
• Approve final samples and ensure quality and detail standards are maintained.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee the design workflow for efficiency and creativity.
• Maintain organized records of sketches, tech packs, and collection details.
• Participate in photoshoots and creative campaigns to ensure design vision is accurately represented.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer, preferably in bridal, formal, or luxury fashion.
• Strong skills in sketching, garment construction, draping, and fabric selection.
• Trend-aware, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently within a day shift (10 AM – 6 PM).
• Portfolio of previous collections must be attached with the application.
