Accrescent Engineers Private Limited is expanding its Power Contracting Projects Sales Division and looking for experienced, technically strong, and result-driven Senior Estimation Engineers.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For
Education: BE Electrical (mandatory)
Experience: 4–6 years of industrial power contracting with proven hands-on experience in:
Large-scale project estimation
Reviewing BOQs, drawings, and specifications
Preparing detailed cost estimates for turnkey electrical contracting projects
Understanding technical pre-requisites for tender/proposal preparation, bid documentation & submission process
Preferred Gender: Male candidates (due to field & site coordination requirements)

💼 Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for medium/large industrial electrification & power contracting projects
Work closely with the Sales team to support tender preparation & competitive bidding
Ensure complete documentation for bid submittals (technical + commercial)
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to finalize project costing
