Description:
TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Engineering Management Officer – Hardware to lead and optimize complex hardware engineering projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and a passion for engineering leadership in mission-critical environments.
As a key member of our engineering management team, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering high-impact hardware projects—ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
(Applicants with Civil or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds are not eligible).
- Master’s degree in Engineering Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering management, project coordination, or technical operations—preferably in hardware-focused environments.
(Note: This is a junior to mid-level role. Applicants with over 5 years of experience or retired personnel are not eligible).
- Strong understanding of engineering project lifecycles, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with project documentation, compliance requirements, and security protocols is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and manage hardware engineering projects, particularly in embedded systems and electronics domains.
- Oversee technical planning, task allocation, resource management, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational objectives and adherence to industry standards and quality frameworks.
- Facilitate effective communication among engineering, R&D, QA, procurement, and senior management teams.
- Implement best practices in systems engineering, hardware development, and project governance
- Monitor project KPIs, schedules, budgets, and potential risks.
- Support recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation of engineering staff.
- Promote continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and technical innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and audits in line with engineering and compliance protocols.
