Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined TAT
🔹 Install and maintain ATMs & CSMs
🔹 Execute precise troubleshooting techniques
🔹 Perform root cause analysis for assigned tasks
🔹 Prepare analytical reports & documentation for Line Manager
