Innovative Pvt Ltd is hiring Engineer / Senior Engineer to join their technical operations team based in Lahore. This opportunity is suited for Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduates with up to 2 years of experience, aiming to develop expertise in field engineering related to CSM and ATM systems.

The role involves managing complaints, installations, and diagnostics of ATMs and related systems within defined turnaround times. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, flexibility with working hours, and problem-solving capabilities in technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve assigned complaints related to CSMs & ATMs within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT)

• Perform installation of ATMs and CSMs across designated locations

• Execute precise troubleshooting techniques for electrical/electronic systems

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues or assigned tasks

• Prepare and submit analytical reports and documentation to line management

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• 0–2 years of relevant experience

• Competence in handling electrical equipment

• Ability to work during off-hours or extended shifts when needed

• High level of professionalism and team collaboration
