​What We’re Looking For:
​🎯 Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven track record in educational counseling and student placement.

​🌐 Market Expertise: Strong command over application processes, entry requirements, financial documentation, and visa guidelines for major destinations—ideally UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.

​🗣️ Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and persuasive presentation skills in both English and Urdu.

​📋 End-to-End Support: Hands-on experience shortlisting courses, managing university portals, reviewing SOPs, and preparing visa files.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Conduct one-on-one personalized counseling sessions to guide students on suitable programs, destinations, and career pathways.
​Stay up-to-date with changing international student policies, compliance requirements, and admission deadlines.
​Build strong rapport with students and parents to deliver an exceptional, transparent, and supportive counseling experience.
