Senior Ai/ml Engineer

 

Description:

The Senior AI/ML Engineer is a full-time, onsite role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and AI solutions that support SAARZ Int.’s product and client initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include researching and prototyping models, building scalable ML pipelines, and integrating algorithms into web, mobile, and cloud-based applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, selecting appropriate techniques, and optimizing models for performance, reliability, and maintainability. The Senior AI/ML Engineer also contributes to architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring team members, while ensuring best practices in data handling, experimentation, and documentation.

 

🔧 Qualifications & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:

- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or other backend languages (Node.js, Java, etc.)

 

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex)

 

- Experience building and deploying AI agents (autonomous workflows, memory, tools, etc.)

 

- Expertise in chatbot/voice bot development (Rasa, Dialogflow, Azure Cognitive Services, or custom LLM-based stacks)

 

- Knowledge of ASR/TTS (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs, Azure TTS, Amazon Polly)

 

- Experience with NLP tasks: intent detection, entity extraction, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering

 

- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, or custom Python pipelines)

 

- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and microservices integration (CRMs, messaging apps, DBs, etc.)

 

- Experience with ETL/data processing, cleaning, structuring both unstructured and structured data

 

- Cloud deployment skills using AWS, Azure, or GCP (serverless, containers, K8s)

 

- Knowledge of databases: SQL, NoSQL, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)

- Awareness of AI ethics, privacy, and compliance considerations
