Senior Ai / Llm Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI / LLM Engineer to architect and optimize state-of-the-art conversational subsystems, dynamic vector mapping pipelines, and secure multi-turn agent frameworks for high-scale digital platforms. You will be responsible for transforming unstructured user natural language statements into precise semantic data vectors and deploying localized RAG architectures.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer custom multi-turn LLM conversational agents and real-time streaming interfaces.
• Build advanced token extraction proxies to parse unstructured text into relational database matrices.
• Optimize semantic search algorithms, custom vector embedding layers, and dynamic fit-scoring rationale engines.
• Ensure absolute data privacy, safety barriers, and compliance protocols across all LLM inference endpoints.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or vector database design (Pinecone, pgvector, Milvus).
• Deep proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration middleware pipelines.
• Strong background in engineering secure API abstractions and building isolated multi-tenant data workflows.
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA) is a massive plus.
