We are a leading fintech company headquartered in Dubai, offering cutting-edge trading and financial solutions across global markets. As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate / IB Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our affiliate and IB network in South Asia and beyond, from our Karachi-based office.

🎯 Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong network in the financial services industry—especially in trading, forex, or digital assets. You will take full ownership of the affiliate/IB program strategy, execution, and performance, while leading a small team and working closely with global stakeholders.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate/IB strategy aligned with regional business goals.

Recruit, onboard, and manage top-tier affiliates and introducing brokers across Pakistan and surrounding markets.

Lead negotiations on commission structures and partnership terms to drive high-value traffic and conversions.

Analyze affiliate/IB performance data and develop optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

Ensure partners comply with regulatory standards, brand guidelines, and contractual obligations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, compliance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.

Represent the brand in industry events, networking opportunities, and high-level meetings.

Mentor and manage junior team members within the affiliate/IB department.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in affiliate/IB management within fintech, forex, crypto, or online trading sectors.

Strong industry network and deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, trends, and KPIs.

Proven experience driving revenue growth through affiliate and partnership channels.

Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM, affiliate tracking tools, and reporting platforms.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Urdu; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or certifications in finance/marketing is a plus.
