Senior Accounts Receivable Executive

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive to manage our accounts receivable processes in Karachi. This role involves timely invoicing, collections, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.

• Maintain accurate records and organize documentation.

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.

• Assist in VAT documentation and reporting.

• Collaborate with sales and operations for financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
