Role Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage daily accounting and reconciliation tasks using Xero

🔹 Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable processes end-to-end

🔹 Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with leadership

🔹 Handle taxation data prep, liaise with auditors, and ensure full tax compliance

🔹 Monitor and ensure GST compliance and assist with audits

🔹 Process monthly reimbursements, ensuring documentation and policy adherence

Required Skills & Experience:

✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔️ 5+ years in a finance/accounting role, preferably at a managerial level

✔️ Strong command of Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software

✔️ Advanced knowledge of tax laws, GST, and compliance protocols

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
