Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We’re a growing web design and digital strategy agency helping businesses stand out online. As part of our next phase of growth, we’re hiring a full-time SEO Specialist to strengthen our in-house team and drive real search visibility for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies across client websites

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits

Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, site structure, internal linking)

Manage link-building and outreach campaigns

Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.

Report on progress and share clear, actionable insights

Stay updated on algorithm changes and SEO trends


Requirements

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Familiarity with GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog

Understanding of local SEO best practices

Bonus: WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS experience
