Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven Local SEO Specialist who can take the lead on building and managing SEO campaigns for our local SEO businesses. You’ll work closely with our internal web development and SEO team to serve as the key point of contact for strategy, performance, and direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies that align with services based business goals

• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and On-Page and Technical SEO audits

• Oversee content calendars and ensure optimized content execution

• Collaborate with internal team (on-page, content, link building, tech SEO)

• Analyze data from Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMRush, etc.

• Prepare monthly client reports and lead strategy calls

• Keep up with industry trends and algorithm changes

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably with local services based businesses

• Strong knowledge of on-page, technical SEO, search intent and content planning

• Comfortable using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush

• Excellent communication skills, clear, professional, and fluent in English

• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset

• Bonus: Experience with healthcare and lead generation sites
