Description:

SOWAAN is expanding its Sales Team in Karachi and is looking for driven professionals to promote and sell ERP solutions. The team will focus on identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions to help businesses streamline their operations through ERP adoption. The role involves both technical understanding and strong consultative sales skills to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ERP solutions.

  • Client Presentations:
    Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business needs analysis for potential clients.

  • Client Solutioning:
    Understand client requirements and propose the most suitable ERP modules and solutions.

  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

  • Collaboration:
    Work with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Proposals & Quotations:
    Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

  • Sales Targets:
    Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.

  • CRM Maintenance:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Industry Awareness:
    Stay updated with ERP solution features, updates, and best practices.

  • Representation:
    Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS solutions.

  • ERP Knowledge:
    Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with any ERP platform is an advantage).

  • Skills:
    Strong consultative selling skills and a client-first attitude.

  • Communication:
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Motivation:
    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

  • Tools:
    Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management.

Nice to Have:

  • Practical experience or functional knowledge of ERP systems.

  • Understanding of workflows in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, or services.
