We’re Hiring: Sales Support & Operations Specialist

Horizon Tech is looking for a highly detail-oriented and operations-driven Sales Support & Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced, multi-brand environment supporting AVS, Solar, and 5Seconds.

This role is the operational backbone of the business, ensuring seamless order flow, accurate fulfillment, and smooth coordination across multiple US-based e-commerce marketplaces.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sales order processing across Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Zoro & internal channels
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies for smooth fulfillment
• Handle payments processing & reconciliation (Home Depot & Lowe’s accounts)
• Manage RMAs (returns) across multiple marketplaces
• Maintain accurate records across multiple brands
• Coordinate with internal teams & customers for issue resolution
• Prepare and submit product listing files to marketplace partners
• Maintain and update listing data using Excel
• Support overall e-commerce operations as required

📌 Requirements:
• Mandatory experience in US market operations
• Strong background in order processing / e-commerce operations / sales support
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Zoro
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Multi-brand / multi-channel operations experience
• RMA / returns management exposure
• Inventory & fulfillment workflow understanding

🕒 Working Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT)

📍 Location: Remote / Onsite (Karachi – Shaheed-e-Millat Road, off Shahrah-e-Faisal)
