This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi for a Sales Support Executive with responsibilities as a Credit Analyst. he Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and assisting in sales strategies and campaigns. Additional responsibilities include analyzing credit applications, assessing financial data, preparing reports, and conducting risk evaluations. The role will also involve managing client inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Collaboration within the team and maintaining client satisfaction will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

"Spoken English Language proficiency is must"

Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to effectively manage client inquiries and interactions

• Experience in credit analysis, financial data assessment. and risk evaluation

‣ Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products and services is an advantage but not mandatory

• Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation using relevant software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Adaptability and a proactive approach ta problem-solving.

Experience in the financial services industry is beneficial.
