Sales Specialist

Right Solution is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Front Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team at their Karachi office. This role requires a strong background in Design Front Sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging clients, understanding their design requirements, and driving sales through effective consultation and service presentation. This is an evening shift, on-site role based in Phase 7 Ext, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and presentations for design solutions

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate design services

• Close sales leads effectively to achieve targets

• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Front Sales, particularly in the design industry

• Strong sales acumen and communication skills

• Ability to work during evening hours (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused

• On-site availability in Phase 7 Ext, Karachi
